V. Import/Export Standards and Compliance
All exported sun hats comply with U.S. export standards and the import security requirements of the destination country.

VI. Package Tracking and Receipt
After shipment, we will provide a tracking link and logistics company information via email.
If your package remains unupdated for an extended period during transit, please contact us via email or phone.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Returns due to incorrect address, no one to sign for the package, or refusal to accept delivery will incur reshipment costs at the buyer’s expense.
VII. Loss and Damage Handling
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist in tracing the package with the logistics company.
If goods are damaged during transit, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package to apply for after-sales service.
Any unauthorized refusal or return of packages will not be refunded.
