Please note:
The product must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags intact;
Due to the special material of straw hats, slight deformation caused by improper storage or folding is not considered a quality problem;
Products exceeding the return period will no longer be accepted.
II. Return and Exchange Period

Exchange Request Period: Within 30 days from the date you receive the product.
